Company rebuilding/adds/upgrading Controls on CNC/PLC Machines or manual Machines

Requirements:

10+ years experience directing and coordinating activates in a remanufacturing department of a company.

Can be with a company who rebuilds and upgrades for others or with a manufacturing company who does

this for their own equipment. Must have been directing the techs who do this work. Applicable degree and 10 years experience.

Job Duties:

Estimates job costs, consults with Electrical Supervisor, reviews invoices, and ensures all customer

requirements are completed and compliant to Quality Policy. Studies Production schedules and estimates

worker-hour requirements for timely completion of job assignment. Interprets specs and job orders to

employees. Schedules service calls and coordinates with customer. Initiates personnel actions such as

promotions, transfers, discharges and disciplinary measures. Trains new workers. May have to assist when

installing machines or equipment in customers’ plant.
