Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient Microsoft Office and related computer skills. Candidate must be able to work in both an office environment and hands-on in the manufacturing floor. Must Have 5 Years Experience: Education: BA Mechanical Engineering [ME] or very well qualified BA Electrical Engineering [EE]

Job Duties: 50% of time will be spent conceiving and planning projects involving the development of new methods to attain objectives; participates in proposal, pre-contract, engineering change and material review board activities; Design tooling for fabrication and assembly; Prepare manufacturing to efficiently utilize a
variety of high technology materials/alloys; Work with customer to write specifications; Work with
vendors to ensure equipment meets specifications; oversee all equipment in area of responsibility. 50% of
time will be spent  working with maintenance to troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, install and/or modify
equipment and/or processes.
